CareVantage Solutions™ · Riverside, California
Care businesses run better with an operator's eye on them.
CareVantage Solutions helps home care, home health, hospice, and assisted living operators fix staffing, tighten operations, train caregivers, and stay survey-ready — led by Anne Lizardo-Lamb, a Licensed RCFE Administrator who has held the top jobs herself.
Consulting & training
Most care businesses don't have a knowledge problem — they have a systems problem. CareVantage finds the leaks in staffing, intake, training, and the back office, then builds the fix with you, in plain language your team will actually use.
Operations audit
A full walk-through of how your business really runs — staffing, scheduling, intake, documentation, billing rhythm — with a written findings report and a prioritized fix list, not a binder that sits on a shelf.
Staffing & scheduling systems
Hiring pipelines, coverage systems, and retention practices from someone who rose from Staffing Manager to Lead Staffing Manager in six months — and knows why good caregivers stay or leave.
Caregiver training programs
Onboarding and in-service training your caregivers remember: dementia communication, safe transfers, medication prompting, documentation, and the first 48 hours with a new client.
RCFE & licensing readiness
Survey preparation, plan-of-correction support, and administrator mentoring for residential care facilities — from a Licensed RCFE Administrator who has run assisted living and memory care.
Intake & admissions
Turn inquiries into admissions without pressure tactics: assessment scripts, follow-up rhythm, family-meeting structure, and the paperwork that protects you later.
Business office & HR systems
Personnel files, policies, billing cycles, and the unglamorous paperwork that keeps a care business compliant and cash-flow steady — the work Anne did as CAO, HR Director, and Business Office Manager.
Step 1
The Audit
We start with a structured review of your operation and a straight-talk report: what's working, what's costing you, and what to fix first.
Step 2
The Build-Out
A hands-on project to install the systems the audit called for — hiring, training, intake, documentation, billing — with your team trained as we go.
Step 3
The Retainer
Ongoing access to an experienced operator's judgment: monthly check-ins, survey prep, and a phone call away when a hard situation lands on your desk.
About Anne Lizardo-Lamb
Anne Lizardo-Lamb is a Licensed RCFE Administrator in California with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a decade in American healthcare. She has huge experience managing home care, home health, hospice, and assisted living facilities — and she has sat in nearly every seat in the building.
Her rise was fast. She joined a home care company as a Staffing Manager and was promoted to Lead Staffing Manager within six months. She went on to serve as Vice President of Operations at a hospice company, as Executive Director of an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Menifee, and most recently as Chief Administrative Officer, HR Director, and Business Office Manager at a multi-service healthcare company.
Through CareVantage Solutions, she brings that operator's experience to other care businesses — and, writing as Aranzazu Lizardo-Lamb, she turns it into practical books for the families and caregivers she has served all along.
